We stayed here for 7 nights and had a fantastic experience; the host welcomed us warmly.

Big size apartment short walk to shops and 1 row of houses from the beach, bakeries and the center. Marvellous and particularly good location, not too far away from The Monkey Sanctuary. Btw, located right in the centre of the village. Big building, very helpful staff. Lovely room, comfortable bed, Wi-Fi and a TV set. Nice bathroom there. Would recommend it.

We had a such wonderful stay in Looe short walk to Looe island with the wild life and history and shops and 1 row of houses from the beach...

The room had a microwave, central heating, and coffee/tea making facilities. Plus, there was a bathtub! The location was perfect and quiet, and all the staff worked hard. 🌟

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Sand Martin. Being able to walk to the beach, harbour, shops, and town within minutes was brilliant. The property was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Key collection was easy and stress-free with clear instructions provided. The apartment was quiet and we didn't have any noise from the street or neighbors. Great communication from the owner and a lovely touch of mini bottles of wine waiting for us upon arrival.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for our Christmas getaway. We loved being able to walk to the beach, harbor, shops, and town within just a few minutes. It made exploring and enjoying the surroundings so convenient. the apartment itself was very clean and well-equipped. We appreciated having all the kitchen appliances we needed, as well as clean and comfortable bedding and towels. the attention to detail in the furnishings and decor added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay.

The lack of parking near the hotel. We had to park in a car park about 8-10 minutes away, which was a bit inconvenient.

I recently stayed at Sand Martin in East Looe for a few days. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and shopping area. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a nice shower above the bath. The double bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The small lounge area had a sofa, dining table, and TV. The free WiFi worked well and there were even complementary tea, coffee, and mini bottles of wine. it was a fantastic stay!

One downside is the lack of parking directly outside the apartment. Guests need to park at a nearby car park and walk for about 8-10 minutes to reach the accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at a self-catering apartment in an exceptional location. Everything we needed was just a short walk away, including the beach, river, shops, and restaurants. the apartment was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and catered to all our needs. the host, Paul, was great and made sure we were happy throughout our stay. A highlight of our trip was taking a boat trip to Looe island, where we got to see wildlife and learn about its history. it was definitely worth a visit. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊.

Additionally, the carpet could have been cleaner, but I understand it's difficult to maintain with the busy trade and unpredictable English weather.
